Our total compensation setup is quite simple; it consists of four main elements:

  • Base salary is the cash part of our compensation. Paid either on a monthly basis (fixed monthly pay) or hourly basis (variable based on hours worked per pay period).

  • Stock options - the equity and long-term incentive part of our compensation. We want everyone who has helped us build Swappie to have the chance to really own piece of the company they have helped build!

  • Benefits packages vary according to the country where our employee is working from. The local benefit sets will be discussed during the hiring process, for sure!

  • The less known, but equally important, elements are the non-monetary ones, like sports and culture clubs, company events,  recognition, autonomy, career/growth opportunities and remote work.
