PRODUCTION SPECIALISTS
to join us on a fixed-term basis until December 2025.
In this role, you will work at our Operations site in Tallinn. You will receive training on the spot and don’t need any specific experience - just attention to detail and willingness to get things done! Swappie operations is represented by an amazing team of diverse people from different backgrounds and our priority is to make sure that each and every employee feels welcome and included at their workplace - hope you want to cherish this wonderful inclusive community of ours.
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
Activating, diagnosing & grading all the incoming iPhones (Inbound).
Repairing faulty iPhones and their parts, such as screen, battery, ear speaker replacements, etc (Repair).
Unboxing parcels, diagnosing and handling returned iPhones (Warranty).
WE WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU
Have a strong desire to work in a big team and a passion for learning new skills.
Have an interest in sustainability and technology.
- Proficient communication skills in English.
Experience in iPhone repair or similar tasks is considered to be a plus, but not a must-have.
Have a TRP that allows you to work full-time and is valid until the end of December 2025.
Are able to work in rotating shifts Mon-Fri (see exact schedule below ⬇️).

Working time: 40hrs/week
- Shifts Monday - Friday:
Morning shift 06:00-14:00
Evening shift 14:00-22:00
Your working time will rotate from week to week (1st week morning shift, 2nd week evening shift etc.).
Salary: 7,35€/hour
Starting date: Week 28
