QUALITY ENGINEER in TALLINN.

In this role, as a Quality Engineer, your main responsibility is to supervise the quality standards and incoming spare parts across the production processes to ensure that all aspects of manufacturing meet highest quality benchmarks and customer expectations.

You’ll also get to contribute to the integration of smart technologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality as well as manage the quality of incoming supplier materials.

IN THIS ROLE YOU GET A CHANCE TO

• Develop and enforce quality standards for both production processes and supplier materials.

• Analyse data to identify trends, root causes, areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

• Contribute to the implementation of new smart solutions in the production lines.

• Work closely with the automation team to align automation line standards and continuously refine control limits to improve product quality.

• Collaborate closely with procurement, customer service and production teams to ensure alignment on VOC and quality objectives for both production processes and supplier materials.

• Continuously analysing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to both internal operations and supplier quality. Investigate and resolve quality issues through detailed root cause analysis and the development of corrective action plans.

WE WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU

• Have fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Have previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Are experienced in data analyses.

• Have experience in quality performance tracking.

• Possess great collaboration skills across organisation levels and functions.

• Have a positive mindset and a can-do attitude.

• Know the Google Suite work environment.

• Are experienced in Project- and Lean Management.

• Possess Change Management skills.

• Hold a minimum of Bachelor of Engineering degree, preferably focused on manufacturing engineering, or equivalent work experience.

  • LSS Yellow Belt (or above) is seen as an advantage.
